little Yelo problem.

heres the deal. i put everything put on my xbox today(up to date xored launcher, yelo, and some AI mods) i did everything that was said to do. i moved the config file, enabled mp ai, autoupdate off, all that good crap. heres the problem now. nothing works. the camera, or the AI mods. i know for a fact the AI mods work, my friend was playing them yesterday. if anyone can help i would greatly apperciate it.
