Active Camo help...

I've been wandering around with this for a long time, but now I want a solution.
When I or someone else has a active camo, the character that has the camo becomes black/greyish.
I know it's supposed to be transparent, or distorted things.
Anyone know how to fix this?
And reverting back doesn't work. :?

Weird, my friend has this problem on his old computer, but why would you want to fix it? Sure it looks worse, but it does gove you an advantage...
