How do I cell shade halo pc skins?

I tried looking for tutorials everywhere but i couldn't find any. Some tutorials gave me the detailed cell shade ones. I want the cell shade to look like cartoony.

Just so you know, a Cel-shading mod for PC has been done before, check the Outstanding Mod section.

Ok, just telling you.

I don't know of any specific tutorial for Cel-shading Halo, but there's got to be one for general skinning somewhere on the internet. Just keep searching with Google. =\
