Entity Meta Tags not working

This dialog appears every time I go to any tag and open the Meta selection. I can't save any changes I make to the metas, and it's just annoying that I have to waste the effort to press continue for no reason.

Make sure you have the latest version of Entity Which you can get here

I only use the latest version.
The problem seems to stop occuring on a different user, I'll just work with that.
