PPF PATCH SIZE???

I made a patch last night it changes a bunch of graphics, anyways when I
made the patch it the ppf file came out to be about 55mb. What is the problem?

You cannot make proper patches of files with different sizes. An edited bitmaps.map may not be the same size as the original. Don't ever post with colors and bold again. Thank you.

It wasnt for the pc version my ppf patch was for xbox...
So im still not sure what the problem is?
