HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I'm creating a new vehicle for halo CE but I need to import the MC to resize... but i dont know what tag the MC is, also do I need a plugin?

You probally want to ask this in the halo CE forums, But its in tutorial.max which should be located in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Custom Edition\data\levels\test\tutorial\models if you installed into its defualt path
