Need Good Energy Sword PMI Tut And Fp Model For Sword

well i dont need the tut so much as i need the first person model i did this before but hadta reformat and never realy nailed pmi into my head so if i could get a first person model for the sword or maybe the tutorial the fp model came in also i would greatly appreciate it.
