(C#)Programming help

Still a n00b to programming, and I already know how to open a map, read Dependancies/LoneIDs/Reflexives and how to edit the meta of certain tags. But, I have no idea on how to swap Dependancies/LoneIDs/Reflexives. If anybody could assist, I'd be much obliged.
