nweb needs help.

ok im trying to mod my halo pc game but im having troble using all the programs. i have looked at the turtorials and am still confused. i have the programs. hex editor 4.2, HHHT, Sparkedit__25, and winrar. can someone help me. i have been to many sites to look for help and none give a good discription on how to actually make a mod only how ot use one. can you help
