Halo 2 Photoshop Problems

When I try to open the warthog standard in photoshop it works but when i try to save it as a .DDS it jsut gives me this,

ive had that before, press print screen copy the image of the new warthog you made. Open the origional file again, press ctrl paste to paste the one you just Print screend and move it so its in the right place, then it shoul save
Aslo make sure your at 100% zoom when u print screen
