Editing Intro.bik

Maybe I'm borderlined retarded, but I can't figure out how to get the intro.bik to an editable video file. Is there a plugin for a video editing program, or an app perhaps? Any help is appreciated. =/

i used these but when i put it back to my xbox with flashFxp it just started than it went to some number percents(1% and the way to 100%)than skiped the intro i dont know if it was the RAD video tools or if it was to long
