C:\program files\microsoft games\halo custom edition> tool.exe build-cache-file ratrace
The I get the error it seems to be a problem with the scenario itself. I properly saved it in sapien but I dont know what the problem is.

You have to put tool build-cache-file levels\ratrace\ratrace, if it is in \levels

I did. You see I used this instead of a command prompt. It searches in all the folders and subfolders until it finds the scenario file. Do I need to do something with the bitmaps and sounds?

Yeah, put your scenario in tags\levels\test\map
In tool write: tool build-cache-file levels\test\map\map (double map name)
