Remodeling with Wings 3d Halo PC HELP

ok i know u cant add or delete anything so wat can u do??
i know most ppl use milkshape but i dont really want to buy it
i know how to export and import and i know how to simply use wings 3d...
plz help meh :cry:

o yea...
every single model i make hav 4078 indices
pwease help me

Please don't double post. Use the edit button. Some people just stretch the vertices.

how do u stretch the vertices with wings? Whenever i change somumthin wit the vertices it wont import to HMT....

i moved 1 vertice out a little bit but then when i imported it said
"Error: Can't Inject. Indice Problem.
Maximum indices allowed for this model: 2543
Your model has: 4078"

I know that keeps happening to me too. i wana know why this keeps happening. I was going to ask this question but since i saw this i didnt have to post a new topic of the same things.

i found out why
sum modeling programs(like Wings) add indices when u change something

so im thinkin about buyin milkshape; its the cheapest thing to buy...

try using blender. I think you can extract it in OBJ. format.
