Water level?

I did a search and got 600+ threads and i dont feel like going threw them... so if this is a repeted thread sorry.
My mod team has a idea for a pretty cool map. But to make it better we wanted to raise the water level a little bit. Is there a way to get the water to go up on Sanctuary?
