Actually I was wondering about the same thing. But open up HMT v3.5 and check on the Bipeds tag. They have a section that reads "default team". I think you put some on "Human" and some on "Covenant" and they will fight. :).

but does that mean I have to have 2 hunter bipeds?
and if so, how do I do that?

To make two seperate hunter bipeds, you would have to duplicate the hunter. This involves editing the xml files when you batch extract the tag. I'm a bit rusty as I haven't modded Halo PC in a while but I'm sure someone could help explain it better. Either that or search.

If you're doing it for PC, you will need to do some PCE modding.....(use the HEK and then port some files back into a PC rebuild)

Warlord has a Hunters Vs. Hunters mod, where you play as a hunter too. I'm not sure ifg he posted it here.....

EDIT* found it.

I've slowly been making a tutorial on this exact subject. Should be done within the next few weeks.

Will this also work for halo 2 xbox? and if so, do you use the same programs or different ones?

You should make a new topic instead of posting in this one.
