Application Problem

Whenever I try to open a modding program I get this error "The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application. Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Looks like you need the .net framework?
Try downloading this:

I already have .net framework 2.0
