Serenity Problem

When I try to apply a serenity patch it says source map does not match original. Continue? Then i click ok and and it has the error that says an unhandled exception occurred in your application yady yady yada.....WHAT DO I DO?!?!!?

Are you sure you are applying the serenity patch to an unmodded/clean version of the map?
