Skinning

hey, This is fuzzer. I was wondering whats a good skinning program. As you see ive released about 2 skins with the trial of Photoshop... The trials fixing to run out and i dont really wanna spen 600$ on a program... Have any Programs you would recomend thats a little cheaper??

gimp.....
theres a few programs thats for free try looking on google for gimp.....
