Failed to load?

I made some new mods, and i made them into a ppf in DotHalo, then applied them in PPF-o-matic. When I finished uploading them to my xbox, i got on, and every map said i failed to load it, but i even remember resigning the .map on every file. anything i did wrong?

you should use the map you used to do the mods in dothalo and resign that map

ok, i ftp'ed the maps off my xbox and onto my computer, i used dothalo and fixed the encryption on the maps. i re ftp'ed them to my xbox, and it still says i failed to load. should i try to clear my cache? or is there some certain mods that wont work? i can try uploading my ppfs if you want.

what kind of mods did you do and also did you erase the XBL uptade?

i made spawn mods so we spawn outside the map, and then i made my smg and br have extra ammo and they do like 500 dmg

also, how do i delete the xbl auto update? send it to me in a pm if its not allowed to be said publicly.

DO NOT DELETE IT!

Rename E:\TDATA\4d530064\$U to something else, like E:\TDATA\4d530064\$Ua

If you delete it, you cant get it back, and alot of people on Kai and XBC dont have the new maps added to the mainmenu.

Didn't work, I changed the name of the folder and when I started up h2, it acted like I haven't even downloaded the new maps.

I still can;t figure this out, what I did this time was inject scarab gun meta into the smg, then I dependecy swapped the coke machines and dumpsters into the pistol. I saved, then resigned in h2x. When I uploaded it in IE, I made sure it was done, and then I loaded it up, and it still failed, even though I didn't do anything I did last time. This is really confusing me. Can someone help me?

well when you mod your map your not supposed to make a ppf and applie it lol when you make the mod it automaticly changes the map.

Tell me exactly what you did to the map and was it an original map.

It was indeed a fresh map, because I deleted my entire folder with the maps, then I downloaded them. I FTP'ed them to my computer. Loaded them, then I open up Turf, extracted the scarab gun meta, saved it to my desktop, then selected the SMG, and injected into it. I then went to Dependencys, and used H2X's swaping thing to swap the bolt and charged bolt with a coke machine and a dumpster. I then saved it, and went to Tools > Sign Map. THen I Re-FTP'ed Turf to my XBox, and it said I failed to load the map. Anything I did wrong?

you neevr fixed the encryption.
even some of those programs have fix encryption i still put in dot halo and fix it any way.

From what it sounds like, you are trying to mod the new maps. Put the maps into your maps folder and add them to your main menu. Ketchup_Bomb made a tutorial on this a while ago..

So what your saying is that it is impossible to mod the new maps without deleting the AU and modifying the mainmenu? I had some modded new maps like a week ago, and they worked. Did they like add something to the code of the maps now?
