graphics

I can't think of anywhere else to ask this but i was wondering is i could replace my pos thing that is called Intel Extreme Graphics 2 chip/card, im pretty sure its integrated, but i have no clue wether it can be replaced or not, and if it can what kind of graphics card i would need to get. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
