Fv(k3d up my xbox...

ok i downloaded the unleashed X program and i wanted to get on line so i could re download some maps for halo2 so i could mess with them... i couldnt sign on to XBL with the unleashed X aon my box, so i called a friend that has unleashed x on his box and he plays on live all the time. I asked him how does he sign online... he came over and messed with my box and the next thing i know all my files are gone and i dont even have an MS dashboard. that is the defualt dash you get with thr box.. can someone help me out and give me some advice on how to fix it????
