how the hell do u make maps for halo ce

i need 2 know how you make maps for halo ce so i can ...well....make one, could somone plz tell me or at least giv me some ideas on what i need, i have hek a 3dsmax trial g- max and paintshop pro 9, i need to know how 2 use the bliedrieg plugin or howeva u spell it, cuz i have 3dsmax 7 and the bleitrieg thingy only works with 3dsmax 5, awww please help me, i want to make maps, and share my ideas, and i want 2 put a wasp of immure in blood gulch, but i dunno how, plz tell me, pleeeeeeeeese.
