HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I soft modded my xbox some time ago and have had no problems modding since I began. Then, one day, out of the blue, I fail to load every single map on my harddrive (even the unmodded ones). I stopped playing around with it for maybe a month or so, and then I turned it on and they all worked again. It worked for about a week or so, and then I go to play the other day, and the same thing happened, I couldn't load any of the maps. I figured it was just a fluke, so I installed the Allied Map Pack last night, but none of the maps will load. I didn't delete or move any files that weren't needed. They are all patched and signed properly. What happened???

Anyone? I got in trouble at Xbox-Scene when I posted there, you guys are my last hope.

a map will not just "work one day and not the next" you have to chnage something. try loading a working version off the disk then playing em.

try reloading halo 2 on your harddrive.

I reloaded the game on the HD twice. Is there any loop or flaw that I could've gotten into?

if you have the newest update, none of the maps added to the main meu will load

I don't have it, never downloaded it.
When I went back into my ftp to see if anything was misnamed or misplaced or something, I saw a "games.url" file in the games folder, could that be the problem?

I just tried tdk's idea and it worked! Thanks a lot man. I wonder though, what did that have to do with the loading factor of the maps or whatever?

mabye you are loading the correct settings or something.

anyway is works and no problem man
