HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Is there any way yet to make your own model for halo 2.. mabey a better way to ask this is I have a .obj can i convert this in to a {mode}.meta yet or somthing like that.
with ADI it makes somthing like model01 modle02 in a RAW file. IM useing Milkshape. im not a noob at halo 2 modding its just im making a mod and id like to intergcet a snowman or somthing along the lins of theat as a biped. the even if the model is integected will you be able to walk throught it?
