Blitzreig Question

ive been modding for a while and i wanted to amke levels all this time.. Since i cant get certain things for 3dsmax *Cough*Authoriaziton*Cough*Code*Cough i decided to get gmax . Now what i always had a problem with is does hek's blitzreigh exporter work for gmax and if it does HOW DO I INSTALL BLITZREIG PLESES HELP
