Light Values?

Hi i was just wondering where i would find and change light values. Like i wanna change the colour of the teleporter and the warthogs headlights. How would i do this?

i think you can change warthog lights under the bitmaps folder but not sure never tried to change the skin but it might work if it does plz give me credit if you create a skin for it
