HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Sorry for having to ask this, but I can't get the IRC method of downloading these files to work (it can't connect to the server or something, I followed the directions on the site exactly). Anyone who could either post any necessary files here, or link me somewhere where I could DL them (without IRC), that would be awesome. Thanks.

Well, there aren't any good PS emulators, and the only ones that work you need the actual disc to play them anyway.

For the SNES, I've been using this one for a year, and it never fails me.
