Not relaated to halo /xbox/internet disconection

K this has been driving me nuts lately..AND WHENever my xbox is on my internet goes out. only on my computer.. not wireless laptio. Ive changed the internal IP address of my nic card to 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.5 and sitll same thing. can any1 helpme?
