[!HALO 2!] Mainmenu.map , What can you edit?

Hi im Tim and a n00b when it comes to moddingg
I have everything to mod and made some crappy mods and know how to use dothalo and such but my question :
Can i remove the "campaign" and "xbox live" tag from the mainmenu

Yes, open the mainmenu.map in a hex editor and rename the Xbox Live and Campaign with spaces.

do you just look thru the whole hex? or is there a way to search for a specific thing?

It's like ctrl+f or ctrl+g. One of those commands and do a seach for a 'text string' and type in Campaign or Xbox Live.

The only problem is that when i remove it i can still choose that option just the name is gone
anyway to work this away?

i don't think there is a way. at least not that i know of.
