how do u convert custom sounds for halo

is there a program that can convert sounds to the format that halo takes if so can u give me a link

There are a couple of tutorials around. Do you mean PC or CE? If you mean CE, none of the tuts ever worked for me so I had to figure it out on my own. I plan on writing a tutorial later for it.
