prb .obj Import/Export in 3Ds

Hi all
I am a french player from Halo PC
I have just downloaded 3Ds max 7 to modify the models of the game and I have a problem about export/importation functions:
I extract a model ".obj" with HMT, on 3Ds max I import this file but i don't know how to use the plugin:

I always have the screen of 3Ds max which is empty after "importation" :? ...
Somebody could write an official and complete tut about importation/export plz... ? :wink:

You can't edit the models for Halo PC in 3ds Max 7, you must learn Milkshape 3D, which will act compatible with HMT. Link for Trial:

But i have the same problem with models extracted from Halo: the screen of Milkshape is empty :cry:
Does somebody have an idea? :wink:

mebe it didnt automatically zoom in? (the models are really tiny)

I finally found the problem:
I use the French version to Halo and .obj in this version are differents to .obj files in the U.S. version :wink:

somebody know where can I find all the .obj of the US version ? :wink:
or have a converter... :wink: lol
