how to check a person's ip

i have seen many people who disguise themselves by making 2 accounts.I wanna help out!

well i think theres some way u may be able to check the posters IP, if 2 users have the same IP then someone is posting with 2 profiles, the only way u can help out is if ur and admin i think...... dont think u can do much, unless u find a program on google that will show the users IP.
