Hex Editor

Is there a Hex Editor I could you to edit Action Replay Power Saves?
i haven't got action replay but i suppose you just take the gamesave file and open it in HEX EDITOR
goto http://www.google.com and download a free one if you don't already have one (I suggest HEX WORKSHOP)
Your best bet to edit gametypes in hex is to PM jefff as he seems to know the most about them (Halo 2 wise anyways)
