HMT HELP!!!!!!HELP ME!!!!PLZ!

I need to know what does HMT stand for and where to find it because i have downloaded some warthog mods but all of them say to go to HMT halo maps but i don't know where it is. Ithink someone said you have to have a xbox but i don't know.PLZ PLZ HELP ME!!! THANKS!
