I am not able to "upload" maps (mods) that I have created. They are in .rar format and small enough, but still not able to upload. I usually have someone else upload for me.
The other item is that I am not seeing the "button" that says "Posted Attachment" It said if you would like to remove a previous attachment; you should use the posted attachment button to remove.
Any help here would be great.

It takes a while to upload them. It isn't instant.
