Making vehicles invisible...

Can anyone explain how to make a vehicle invisible? I can make them uncollidable(Adding AI to a map) but they are still visible. Can I null out shdr and bitm tags for that vehicle in HHT? Help would be greatly appreciated, and I will make a mod for you should you so request... Come to think of it, I'll make a mod for you whether you help me or not. :D

Yes you can,

Say it was a warthog you would do this (can change to any vehicle)
Open HMT
Open up a map that you want to change.
Go to [bitmps]Bitmaps and copy the meta data for Cyro Tube, (Levels bit I think)
Then go down to the warthog skin and paste the cyro tube meta into there, Click save and it should go black (I think)
Close down HMT and play the map the warthog should be invisible.

I dunno how to do it all in HHT or what ever you said.

I tried doing that(DON'T NULL OUT THE SOSO!) but it just made it white.

or swap the meta of a weapon with the hogs meta to creat an active cammo hog.

Cyro Tube is better as its see through.

yeah, if i remember... i think if you swap it with active camo and you have bad graphics.. it turns out white. cryo tube works better i think with good or bad graphics

Yup.. Hmt [vehic] Vehicles tag
then go to warthog and click the drop down box thats on the right at the bottom, select like 1 and then it would say w-driver, delete that and do it for passenger, gunner and driver.
Remember to save.
No problem :)

That is a problem for me, as my AI spawn in the vehicle; If I delete the seats, the AI will have no where to spawn...

What are you trying to get out of it? AI that drive, or AI ? Cuz if you dont want them in the hog, get sparkedit and turn the hog upside down and take off the seats (names like my old post) When they respawn thy will fall out and cant get back in.

I simply want AI, but I dont want to be able to flip the vehicle right-side-up. I could get rid of the message, but I could still flip it.

When you said that, did you mean just erase the names?

Yeah that does mean they cant get in, but still they can flip it. emm Cant you take respawn off?

And yeah just delete the name.

What map is this for?

This is for Blood Gulch.
The AI is floodcombat_human_assault rifle.actv.
The vehicle is a ghost.

I meant the player. If I walk to where a ghost would be, I can still flip it.
I have an idea. If i set the center of grav Z to 3 or so, it will fly into the air.

Yeah, so you jump and press E to get in.. Im not good at AI, how come they start in vehicles?

This mod is for Halo PC I take it.

You should make a ppf and pm it to me.
