Capture Card Problem

Post by CptnNsan0 »

My video (watch in HD to see my problem)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9IgPFvR-b8

So my problem is, in the video the first round looks great in HD but when it gets to the second round these scan lines start to appear on the video which makes it look bad. Anyone know why they show up? You can see them best when you pause it. I'm rendering with Sony Vegas if that helps.

Does it look correct in your media player? It could be youtube.

Thats what I'm about to check. I have another video that I'm uploading that looks fine on the media player so if it has scanlines when I put it on youtube then i'll know my problem.

To me, it looks like it might be an encoding problem.
What kind of file did you export it as? Is it an mpeg?

I fixed a scan lines problem by switching my AV wires.
