iPod battery?

So, I messed up my iPod Video battery some how. It only charges for a certain amount of time, and it says it charges fully, but only lasts me half a day, at most.

Is there any way I can fix this?

sounds like some sort of battery memory. i don't know of any fixes or home remedies other than buying another battery.

If it's under warranty, bring it to an Apple store, or send it in. If it's not under warranty, buy a new battery or buy a new iPod.

Aww damn, I was afraid of that. The iPod's about 5 years old. So no more warranty for me. :/

I have battery problems also. I googled around and found this store.

The prices look okay. I'll be ordering a 30Gig Video iPod battery soon.
