xbox 360 FOUR red rings?

ok...i don't know what 4 rings mean so someone help me out? my xbox encountered this today. i think 3 rings mean hardware problem or something. anyone who know/gotten the 4 rings could tell me what's the problem.

but it usually is a AV cable problem...
