Pioneer DV-C36 Multi-Disk DVD Player

As the description says, I have a DVD jammed inside my DVD player and was wondering if anybody may know of a way to retrieve said DVD. As, anytime I press 'Next DVD' to switch DVDs, it just slips under the DVD, and doesn't catch. When I try and close it, it jams between the back wall, and the center rod, so it won't close either.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

personally i would take the device apart remove the disc and rebuild it again.

I followed the same procedure for removing the disc my Xbox ate.
