New monitor

Alright , I just bought a new sceptre monitor as well along with that SATA.
monitor works perfect until i turn it off or it goes into power saver mode.

its a 20.1 inch wide screen.

After turning off the monitor and turning it back on . it apears to be normal the whole no signal picture pops up as all my monitors do and then the blue light turns red and no matter what i do i cannot see the picture . iv tried truning it on and off pressing the buttons on the monitor. I dont know whats wrong. After it turns red though i tried turning off the monitor and unpluging the DVI cable and plugging it back in and then i turned on the monitor. what do you know it turns back on but it still dose the same thing after i turn it off or it goes into stand by.
