C&C 3 error 1316

hi i have two problems. the first one is when ever i try to install it it says error 1316. could not find some file. and when i try to play it.
it says spooge error could not locate eward or something like that plz help

Few things:

A.) Perhaps find a forum that caters to this game.
B.) Give us more to go with than " it says spooge error could not locate eward or something like that plz help" (i.e. Screenshots, True direct quotes, not '...or something like that...')
C.) Check EA's Tech Support Site.
