email back up microsoft outlook

i booted my computer up from being grounded awhile back and i had emails from a month ago but i couldn't get emails more recent then two weeks. any idea's that might shed some light on this problem because im just sitting here like wtf.

i have tried rebooting the program but it just doesn't work.

Are you saying the email comes 2 weeks after it was sent, or that emails sent before 2 weeks ago don't come?

I think he's saying he can't receive the the mails sent within the last 2 weeks

Try Mozilla Thunderbird. (I doubt that'd be the problem, but it might work.)
