How do you delete a file/folder that throws an access denied error whenever you try and delete it? :?

Usually that means some process on your PC is using it. Try ending the process (if you know what one it is) through task manager.

You can use Unlocker. Install it, run it, and then try to delete/move your file. Unlocker will pop-up and tell you what process the file is being used by, and also allow you to kill it.

Nice, yeah I've had this problem before, quite annoying, I think I'm going to download this myself and use it. :)
