Installing Mod

Can somebody please tell me how to install mod , like this one

I download the file and everything i find in the winrar is other file and i don't know what to do after.

Can somebody tell how to do it step by step and tell me which program i have to use. And if it's always the same thing to do with other mod.

Well, I'm not sure what your other gun was, but if it comes with the same files and they didn't mention how to install it then yes, I would assume you do the same thing.

My lat question is : Is HHT v.5 is the same thing as HHT 3 ?

If no can somebody send me a link for HHT 3.
