probably with php, or maybe javascript would be easiest, plus a place to host it and the images.

RandomImage is a free online image rotator.

If you want to make your own rotator, well, that's definitely a php script.

Edit: lol @ RandomImage. I'd feel sorry for them if it wasn't their fault that I lost 90% of all my sigs. :/

Veegie uses his own script at Yayap.

It was hacked, you can't use it right now.

Here is a script I've had forever.
