help please

can someone please make this mod for me it will be on foundation and i need a teloporter put in the map and also i would like if you could put it on top of one of those four structures in the middle i need it to go from on top of the stucture in the middle to the room behind room number 1 some people call it room number 5

well it didn't make sense to me but thanks for the tutorial you know the chunks didn't make sense i have one more question i know i should go to help but you can have the transporter in both maps like say coag to foundation and the coag transporters work when your hosting?
