Sapien/Sparkedit problem

When I open sparkedit the .exe wont open, the process shows up in the task manager, but it just wont open for some reason.Sapien also has a similar problem when I open it it goes to the open scenario window, I choose a scenario, it opens the tool window for a few seconds, then it just closes. I really need to fix this, does anyone know how?

I have the same thing for SparkEdit(that is, if you mean it says "Opening file, or whatever" and then it doesn't get around to doing it).

No, mine just doesnt open, I double click the .exe or the shortcut and nothing happens.

re install it? oh wait I might know, the shortcut may not work. open the real sparkedit not the shortcut. tell me what happens.

I have tried reinstalling both like 3 times, and neither the .exe or the shortcut works.
