Possible to keep system link when cloning chunks?
So I followed the guide in tutorials as to how to add stuff to the map using only Entity but now that can only be played if both people have the modded map. Is there anyway to fix it so unmodded boxes can join? The skytrack maps are system linkable with unmodded xbox's and they add lots of stuff. All I want is to add a few additional weapons to a map, nothing special like an sp->multiplayer.
No, the only thing unmoded xbox can see are modified respawns(collections on scnr per example, or when you shoot with a weapon that ypou swaped the projectiles, the others can see the projetile swap because it's spawned in-game.
But added tags to a map cannot be seen by non-modders as long as they do not have the new tags(bitmaps,models...) and those new tags are not trasnfered while someone connect to your game.
System link use chunks(on scnr's reflexive "repdicted resources") to references tags wich change of state during the game, this chunk is constantly updated by the host, so a chunk on predicted resources, per example, can be used to memorize the state of an object like a warthog(vehi) to define the state of the warthog(if it's broken and wich part,if it moves around the map and much things....)
So don't make mistakes, the preditec resources's chunks are just used for what i have just said and you can't upload the new tags to the non-modders xbox using those chunks, or whatever.

Maybe but for me it's too complicated, maybe we could anlyse those prediected resources chunks to see how it works and then make something to upload the tags, but anyway if it would be possible i think they other xbox should have a moded map to be able to recieve the new tags and it would tak a lot of time, and i don't think taht we can load a tag if the map is already loaded.
