ODST trouble

I recently injected an ODST into my terminal but the tut said it couldn't dual wield but it also cant drive other vehicles or pick up certain weapons how do i fix these problems?

odst should be able to pick up all weapons at least...I'm unsure about vehicles.
But unfortunately, there isn't a way to make them dual-wield either

ODSTs can only drive ghosts and can use all weapons except swords. There is currently no way to fix the dual-weild problem, but to fix the vehicle problem you need to change the SID of the seat to G_Driver. To fix the sword and objective weapons problem you need to change the Animation SID to something that ODSTs can use.
